FR : L’opération s’inscrit dans un projet de lotissement « Sainte-Anne Renaissance ». Le lotissement est bordé au sud et à l’ouest par une zone résidentielle et au nord et à l’est, d’espaces agricole.
Les deux bâtiments sont des petits collectifs R+2+attique reposant sur un sous-sol semi-enterré accueillant l’ensemble des stationnements et les caves. Les bâtiments sont surélevés par un jeu de murets d’adaptations qui permet de conserver le caractère privatif des logements en rez-de-chaussée mais aussi de protéger le bâtiment des crues décennales.
Le rez-de-chaussée et les deux niveaux d’élévation sont traités d’un seul bloc avec la façade sur rue en retrait et des balcons alors que l’attique est traité de manière indépendante. Il est organisé de façon à rendre un effet boites accompagnées de maisons sur le toit.
De façon générale, la construction sera réalisée en matériaux simples et naturels en adéquation avec leur environnement, tels que du béton brut, du bardage bois. Les murs des bâtiments sont en enduits à bases de pigments minéraux dans des teintes naturelles. Les toits et façades des maisons en attique sont habillés de zinc joint debout.
UK : The operation is part of a "Sainte-Anne Renaissance" subdivision project. The subdivision is bordered to the south and west by a residential area and to the north and east by farmland.
The two buildings are small collectives R+2+attic resting on a semi-buried basement housing all the parking lots and cellars. The buildings are raised by a set of low walls that preserve the private character of the ground-floor dwellings but also protect the building from decennial flooding.
The ground floor and the two upper floors are treated as a single block with the recessed street façade and balconies, while the attic is treated independently. It is organized in such a way as to create a box effect with houses on the roof.
In general, the construction will be carried out in simple and natural materials in adequacy with their environment, such as raw concrete, wood cladding. The walls of the buildings are plastered with mineral pigments in natural shades. The roofs and façades of the attic houses are clad with zinc standing seam.
